Steve-- I am implementing the 3 exercises for speed improvement and would like
your input on sets/duration and the like. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Run the race with each exercise plus just a little....so if a 200m go 30 seconds.  Form balance and control are more important than reps per sec...beauty first.   three sets each at the appropriate time alternating all three exercises.
